From “Land-Oriented” to “Human-Oriented”: Research on Evolution Features of China’s Industrial Park Planning Standards

This paper uses the time-series analysis function in CiteSpace software to systematically review planning standards of Chinese industrial parks between 1985 and 2021, then studies framework, content, regions, industry characteristics these standards. The study shows that China’s park have evolved through a series developmental stages, namely from being land-oriented, sector-oriented, and, most recently, human-oriented. also this process, multi-layered, cross-domain framework has emerged. Due challenges posed by reforms national land spatial systems, movement transform upgrade parks, as well rapid development overseas further standards, offer important new opportunities. Towards end, concludes putting forward several strategies on how best improve which is based upon keeping up with advanced technologies basing practice.
